Adrenaline Customs, LLC started out as Rob’s Custom Powder Coating back in 2007. It was a part time garage gig then, but it quickly became the elite powder coating facility in the Twin Cities. In 2014, we moved from the garage into a small single bay industrial facility in White Bear Lake MN. With the new 10’ capabilities, we quickly ran short of warehouse space and so we took on a 2nd bay in 2017. That expansion allowed us to not only powder coat items up to 12’ long, but it also brought sandblasting and chemical pretreatment in house.
Our continued focus on high quality coatings for the industrial and commercial markets allowed us to double our foot print and part capacity to 20’ in 2024. With this latest expansion, we leveled up our showroom, sand blasting equipment, and chemical pretreatment station to match our new 20’ capacity. This remodeled 10,000 sq foot facility now has two ovens, and two spray booths allowing for even faster turn times.
